Aggregate Conditioners
While similar in appearance to Coarse Material Screw Washers, they differ in processing technique. Aggregate Conditioners do not have a weir overflow. All material and water that’s entered into the unit must be discharged out of the bottom of the box, so it is not practical to discharge material onto a conveyor.

Aggregate Conditioners are generally used as a pre-washing device (prior to a Sand Classifying Tank or Wash Screen) to improve the classifying ability of the tank or for easier removal of waste fractions when screening.
