McLanahan Corporation is using MINExpo 2021 to focus on its complete range of solutions for the mining industry and to grow awareness of the complete range of end-to-end solutions that the company provides to multiple industries. The booth will feature displays of McLanahan's crushing, screening, scrubbing, tailings management, sampling and feeding lines as well as specially engineered crushing segments and metallurgies. McLanahan experts will be available to talk to customers regarding machine monitoring, an important feature that gives customers the ability to better understand their wear usage and predictive maintenance planning to improve the life and productivity of their operation.

McLanahan will also be introducing its recently launched Mineral Sizer at MINExpo. The latest heavy-duty design from McLanahan can accept product-sized lumps up to 1200mm (48”) and features an adjustable breaker bar to further reduce the product size and handle sticky clays from ore feeds. Ease of maintenance was key to the new design, which features a roll-out option from the feed stream and a hydraulically lowered breaker bar, allowing for unrestricted access for safe and efficient maintenance. With a focus on minimal downtime, the Mineral Sizer has several key replaceable components that can be easily and safely accessed for maintenance and replacement to limit downtime.

Since the last MINExpo, McLanahan has introduced a line of Elevated Tank Thickeners that have been sold and installed into the gold and nickel sectors of the mining industry. This Thickener line joins McLanahan’s Filter Presses, Hydrocyclones, Hydrosizers™ and Slurry Pumps in an effort to recover fines while reducing the industry’s need for tailings dams. The expansion of its tailings and water management product lines reiterates McLanahan’s dedication to the sustainable future of their customers.

Highlighted in the booth will be McLanahan’s Flat-Bottom Crusher Segments, a tailored roll segment for the salt industry. The specialized castings and machined techniques used for these roll segments create a tighter body-to-body setting, producing smaller product sizes and a more consistent product. Offering an operation ease of maintenance, these segments are light and can be handled by one person when maintenance or replacement segments are needed. McLanahan experts will be able to show customers at MINExpo the differences in the company's crusher segments and why this Flat-Bottom Segment option is ideal for the salt industry.

McLanahan will be showcasing its complete line of mineral processing equipment in a new booth location in North Hall this year. Located right inside the hall at Booth 1921, the location is perfect for a first stop as attendees enter the hall from the registration area.
