McLanahan Corporation Promotes Employees To Leadership Positions

HOLLIDAYSBURG, Pa., May 7, 2012 — McLanahan Corporation has always felt that its employees are its most valuable assets. That is why when recent major growth caused a need for new leadership positions, the corporation decided to promote from within the company.

Ken Kirsch has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Operations. Prior to filling this newly created role, he served as Director of Business Process Operations. Kirsch brings over 20 years of McLanahan experience relating to engineering, project management, quality, business processes and more. He will be responsible for providing leadership regarding the operations of McLanahan.

Jay Nartatez now serves as the CFO of McLanahan Corporation. Nartatez, who is a certified public accountant, has been with McLanahan since October 2007 serving as the Financial Controller. His financial experiences range from accounting to payroll to the integration and acquisitions of offices in the United States, Australia and Europe.

Due to the promotion of Nartatez, Sean McLanahan’s title has changed to Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of McLanahan Corporation.

The newly formed environmental division has led to two position changes. Cory Jenson, who previously served as a Regional Sales Manager in the aggregates industry, will lead the new division as the General Manager. Also joining the new division will be Brian Prenatt, Director of Engineering, who previously held the same position in McLanahan’s mineral processing division.

Succeeding Prenatt as the Director of Engineering for the mineral processing division is Mike Smith. He previously served as the Assistant Director of Engineering for the division.

Another newly formed department is being led by a McLanahan employee. Adam Eardley will serve as the Director of Project Management.

McLanahan continues to recognize its employees’ potential and is proud to have the talented individuals in the company advance and grow.
