McLanahan plans to launch their new H Series MAX Screen line at 2019 AGG1 Expo. This triple-shaft horizontal screen line increases operation efficiency by offering a screen with more accurate particle sizing. Easy adjustment of speed, stroke and angle allows the operator to dial in the exact screening action to best fit the application.

McLanahan will also showcase their growing line of modular equipment, such as Ultra Sand Plants and Ultra Fines Recovery units. Readily available with quick set-up time, the various modules in these plants can be configured in a variety ways to fit your application, helping to produce more, faster.  

Additionally, show attendees can visit McLanahan’s booth to learn about their expanded line of portable crushers and screens, including jaws, impactors, cones, screens and portable wash plants. All these are also readily available and designed for maximum production and ease of maintenance.

CRUSHING 101 with Mark Krause | Tues. Feb. 12, 7:30am-9:00am | Room 231

This session provides an overview of crushing. Learn about the different types of primary and secondary crushers, pros and cons associated with the different types, what site conditions to consider when choosing crushers and how to optimize the process given a particular crusher. Topics covered include: types of crushers available, the features and benefits of each along with expected production capabilities, end products, and factors  affecting their efficiency. By the end of the session the attendee should understand the effect of speed, stroke and angle for the various types of crushers.

FINES RECOVERY ROUNDTABLE with Mark Krause and Wes Edevane | Wed. Feb. 13, 7:30am-9:00am | Room 130

Hear from several experts, including producers and manufacturers, on the stages of fines recovery and the different systems available for fines recovery applications. Learn which system is most appropriate for your unique application and deposit. Using real-world examples, we’ll walk through fines recovery system implementation and discuss when it does—and does NOT—make sense. This is your opportunity to bring your problems and get solutions!
