McLanahan to Launch Discovery Plant at Hillhead

Join McLanahan in stand J4 as they launch of the Discovery Wash Plant, giving Hillhead attendees an up close look at a new solution built specifically for small and mid sized producers. This compact, modular plant brings wet processing capability to operations that have traditionally relied on dry crushing and screening, offering a simple way to improve product quality without expanding their footprint. Visitors will be able to explore the system’s layout, learn how it integrates into existing operations, and see how its streamlined design makes adding washing both practical and profitable.

At the show, McLanahan will highlight how the Discovery Wash Plant produces three clean coarse aggregates and a washed sand from a variety of feed sources, including virgin aggregate and C&D debris. On display will be the plant’s integral blending conveyor, which automatically combines sand with the 10–20 mm aggregate stream to create a consistent ballast product—eliminating the time, labor and cost of manually mixing stockpiles. This launch marks an exciting step forward for producers looking to expand their capabilities, and Hillhead is the perfect place to experience the Discovery Wash Plant in person.
