New Customer Support Account Manager joins McLanahan
McLanahan Corporation is pleased to announce Dylan Smith has joined its minerals systems team as Customer Support Account Manager, serving Queensland and the Northern Territory.
Dylan comes to McLanahan with 15 years of experience in the mineral processing and manufacturing industries, and he earned engineering qualifications through TAFE NSW.
Dylan has held positions with MCM Manufacturing and Forgacs. Most recently, he was a Technical Projects Officer for Imatech, where he was responsible for project management, estimating, and providing technical advice and support to internal customers.
In his role at McLanahan, Dylan will be responsible for supporting customers with after-sales service in the provision of spare parts, upgrades and refurbishments for McLanahan’s line of mineral processing solutions throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory.
Dylan joins the Customer Support team, led by Dan Keena, Customer Support Manager, and is based in the NSW Australian office.
