The price of coal is going down, so we have to consistently work more efficiently at our site. McLanahan’s equipment helps us do that.”

- Sonnie Baird, Armstrong Coal

Concrete Washout System, Separator™ To Be Showcased at World of Concrete

Tough regulations and space restrictions require concrete producers to find new ways to dispose of waste water. During World of Concrete atBooth N237, McLanahan will showcase its Concrete Washout System, including an operating filter press that removes cement fines and produces a dry, easy-to-handle cake with high solids content. The filter press allows producers to easily recycle or dispose of cement fines, while providing clean, recyclable water and reducing a producer’s environmental footprint. McLanahan will also introducie its Separator™ to the market, a product that greatly improves sand recovery from existing reclaimers.

Nutrient Separation System Helps Dairy Producers Meet Environmental Regulations

Engineered to be a safer, simpler and smarter solution, the McLanahan Nutrient Separation System reduces the cost and liability associated with manure management. The Nutrient Separation System uses proven technologies to separate nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorous and potassium from the manure stream and control odor. By separating and concentrating nutrients, this system allows field application of nutrients where and when needed. Separated clean water can then be land irrigated, re-used or even discharged into a water source.
