The UltraSCREEN is a modular screen and structure for sizing and separating up to three classified products and one non-classified product.
The UltraSCREEN is a pre‑engineered, compact solution built on the McLanahan’s proven triple‑shaft Horizontal Screen technology. Designed with an included support structure, the UltraSCREEN Horizontal Screen provides an unrestricted full‑access platform and a configurable stairway, allowing it to be easily incorporated into both new and existing sites.
As the newest addition to McLanahan’s Ultra line, the UltraSCREEN Horizontal Screen is engineered for rapid delivery and fast installation. The unit arrives pre‑plumbed and requires minimal wiring, enabling quick setup and start‑up in the field.
Designed to be tailored to fit your site’s needs, the UltraSCREEN Horizontal Screen is available in 6’x20’, 7’x20’ and 8’x20’ three‑deck unit and can be configured for either wet or dry applications, offering producers a versatile, high‑performance screening solution.
The UltraSCREEN also features a standard rollaway discharge chute that simplifies maintenance and improves access to the screen decks. Operators can roll back the chute, lower the working platform, and secure it for safe, efficient service.
Integrated flop gates within the chute allow producers to control bypass material, blending it with upper‑deck material before it reaches the discharge conveyor for improved product consistency.
